Dossier hit the nail on the head. I perfer to run aromasin thru entire cycle and pct. That being said I have ran adex then bridged over to aromasin before but for me its just easier to take 12.5 ed.

a little surprised to see your FSH levels where they are... the second week of clomid, should be twice as high. what i worry about here is the FSH not recovering and test levels declining drastically once ancillaries have run their course and baseline figures are reached.

those FSH levels should be much higher as the result of your ancillaries. there's a strong chance here that something in the axis is off, thereby sending negative feedback for this gonadatropic hormone. i hope i'm wrong... plans to retest after pct has completed?

type 2 inhibitors like adex work great at regulating enzyme activity during cycle. problem is: the way they bond with the enzyme is in a manner that is only temporary. once the drug is discontinued, the bond is broken and enzymes' roles are renewed. this causes a dose dependent rebound effect.

type 1 inhibitors like aromasin form a permanent bond, which prevent rebound. in this situation, bridging adex with aromasin for pct will introduce an AI to bind permanently with the newly released enzymes. thus, keeping estrogen in check during pct.
