So my heartburn was so bad I thought I was having a heart attack. Went to hospital and they took blood. I thought I was going to die. But I was completely ok.

Not too bad. My rbc are always high. Drink more water, take a baby aspirin and plenty of fish oil. Or you can dump blood like mak said but I'd wait till after the cycle. High hemoglobin/hematocrit isn't a bad thing for performance and oxygen delivery that's why your endurance will be better. If you have high platelets count that's the sticky shit that clots thats a problem but yours are normal
When my hemoglobin was over 19, I had shortness of breath. The doctor looked at my high hemoglobin and the first question she asked me was if I experienced shortness of breath.
I'm not saying there isn't a point where it can be detrimental, 19+ is high. I've been 19.4 at 56% hematocrit. I don't remember if I had shortness of breath from it because I had COVID at the same time I had blood test so I was in shit shape already. But yes if your feeling shitty then dumping blood and drinking lots of water Is the fastest way to correct
I know you get a lot of blood work done - are you consistantly at 19.4 and 56% ? I noticed it takes a few months for my hematocrit to come back down after cycle...
I guess theres a lot of people that live at high altitudes that have 56-60% and live long normal lives..
No I usually get below 50 when I come off juice for 8 weeks. It does take time to get back done.
How do you control your cholesterol?
Seems like low HDL and high hematocrit is a bad combo.

Sorry I made mistake not below 50 my last test I was right at 54 which is right at the high end of range. The highest I've been was 58.8 but I was dehydrated
I don't eat that much fat. My total cholesterol is normal, LDL is normal, triglycerides normal, but I do have low HDL. My last test it was 29, I think normal is >44. At the time of my test I was kinda slacking with my supplements. But typically I like to and suggest 1000x here on eroids is to take 3,000-6,000mg of omega 3 fatty acids. Also it would be a good idea to eat avocado, cook your food in or add a tablespoon of macadamian nut, avocado oil, I personally like olive oil I'm Sicilian lol. Increase healthy fats in your diet is the best way to bring HDL up. Oral steroids crush HDL but all steroids effect this also to a certain extent. Honestly speaking, I think all of us need to understand what we do can have health consequences, the key is to exercise damage control best we can. We all have different hereditary medical dispositions and steroids effect everyone differently. It's hard to use steroids and keep all your blood markers in check, probably impossible you'll be off somewhere. Coming off or like I do drop down to a legitimate TRT dose I use 125-200 mg test every 5 days of a long ester of your choice. 125mg That keeps me right below 800ng/dl total testosterone 200 around 1200ng/dl. Doing this for 8-12 weeks you can get in normal range
I been eating a ton of fat (Keto) my LDL is up there but so is my HDL. I just started taking Tudca and RYR. Ill post bloods as soon as they get back to me.. any day now.

This is totally normal I've had worse RBC on TRT dose while being dehydrated. Testosterone and especially EQ will increase RBC and hemoglobin/hematocrit but like I said that's it's purpose to do so that's why steroids enhance performance. You feels good with more blood and more blood oxygen. Like I said a low dose 81mg aspirin daily and 3,000-6,000mg omega 3 fish oil you'll never have a clot or a stroke. High Platelets plus high all the others is bad but your ok. You WBC is slightly above range and eosinophils you may have a little infection possibly a allergy reaction

I think you have got to the point in life bud where you have realised what means the most to you, and its not steroids. Once you start thinking about the long term effects and health repercussions of what you are doing it becomes harder to enjoy running gear too - I know I have been that way for some time now. I think you are doing the right thing
