So I've been off cycle for two months after doing a month of pct, so a total of 3 months off.
any input would be greatly appreciated! I'm new to getting bloods done and want to be smart about cycling on and off.

I see 2 problems with your bloods one is Thrombocytopenia (Low Platelet Count) and the other is Neutropenia (low neutrophils). So what's the big deal..platelets control and stop bleeding and help in wound healing. Been seeing Neutropenia in a few bloods. Neutrophils are you first line of defense against infection. A count of 1.5-1.0 is considered mild Neutropenia. Do you drink a lot of alcohol? Go see a Hematologists and get these checked.
Thanks for the input bro! I take a immune system suppressor (humira) for crohn's disease. Im thinking thats why the Neutropenia is a little low.

Certain medications can cause this and since Humira is an immune suppressor I would say YES it is causing this. Those infections listed are caused because the Nutrophils which is the bodies first line of defense are suppressed. Thrombocytopenia I'm not sure although if the Hurmira is effecting the bone marrow then both would be suppressed as this is where both WBC and RBC are made.Might want to talk to your Dr about this. Got this off Humira website you may want to read the site and see what to avoid.

waltrYou seem to be recovering just fine. To be honest I'm not sure what the stuff in the picture that's off is exactly. Somebody else will probably chime in and let you know the deal with that stuff though.
From the bloods I got done.....I bet he eats a high protein diet and trains hard. I had similar questions and that's how those were explained by peopke with experience. +2 strongman
With my test serum 507, Is that a normal range for a 30 year old that has ran cycles in the past?
BillLumberghnot bad. I was 581 and im in my 20s and and haven't ran AAS yet.
So how old are you? From what Ive read online is for my age around 600 is average level but Im not sure if thats right.
