NOTE: Simple Mass Spectrometry is not enough to determine dosage and purity of tested substance.
Tests done with GC/MS, LC/MS/MS or HPLC methodes are considered much more reliable!

Description

Here are my bloods. I’m taking 175 mgs a week of para pharma test e from ug freak split on mon Thursday. Pfizer aromasin 12.5 mgs on mon Thursday from teamroids. Everything looks perfect except I’m not too sure why my monocytes and Eos are flagged high. I have been pretty sick last week just getting over it now. Last injection was Thursday and had bloods pulled Saturday. Like I said I’ve been sick since last Thursday and was sick the day I got my bloods pulled. Granted monocytes and Eos are out of range by .1 maybe someone else can chime in. I’m also on 10mgs of mk677, 10 mgs gw501516 and 7.5 mk2866 from another source. Anyway huge thanks to UG and Teamroids! Any help with those flagged bloods would be much appreciated.

Thanks for sharing +1, your bloodwork looks great. If anything, having high monocytes and eos is a good thing because that means your immune system is working properly.

Thanks professor I appreciate it. Ya that’s what I’ve kinda been leaning to it being due to my sickness. Gonna get bloods when I’m already just to be sure. I take my health very seriously as we all should. Thanks bro stay healthy too.

Nice numbers, boss! I wouldn’t sweat the two high flags too much. Run another round after you’ve been healthy and feeling better for a couple of weeks before you worry.

Both of the red flags are blood cells that your body makes to fight infections. You were sick, so your body made a little more than normal to help out and get you better.

They’re barely out of range anyway. +2

More surprised your bun is low, but I’m guessing you weren’t getting much protein while you were sick?

Ah just read low bun/creatinine could be caused by periods of illness. Anyway thanks again bro definitely put my mind more at ease for now. I take my bloods very seriously and freak out if anything unusual shows up.

Thanks philly! I’ll definitely get some bloods taken when I’m better and see. I was wondering why my bun ratio was low. But now that I think of it I wasn’t eating too much since I was throwing up and sick. Hopefully everything comes back normal when I’m better. I’ll have to give that a read and do some more research on why my bun was low. Maybe it could be something to do with me being sick too? Anyway thanks again brotha I appreciate the help and info.

I bet if you weren't on the sarms your serum test would be wayyy higher... Not that thats a bad thing since I can imagine your free T is through the roof. Mk2866 lowers shbg in dose dependent manner so a lot more of your serum t becomes free to work its magic.

Why would his serum test be higher if he wasn’t on sarms? Also let’s remember he’s only on one sarm at a very low dose, and using exogenous testosterone.

Just having a hard time understanding how a sarm will lower the amount of exogenous testosterone...

Serum testosterone is testosterone that is bound to other biomolecules such as shbg or albumin. If your shbg goes lower, less t is bound and more of it is free, so your serum t goes down while free t goes up. It seems counterintuitive that serum T falls with decreasing shbg, but serum t generally isn't the good stuff, its that free t that works its magic on the receptors.

You'll actually see on alot of the blood tests posted on eroids with people on high doses of anabolic steroids and proviron/aromasin, where their serum test doesnt match the doses theyre on, but yet their free T is through the roof.

The sarm isn't lowering his serum T, its lowering his shbg which allows more of the serum T to become free T

Last thing. Sarms destroy shbg, I have no idea how or why but they completely eviscerate it even at the low doses used during the research studies. For example Lgd reduces shbg by 61% at 1mg/day while ostarine does it by, I think, 50% at 3mg per day, whereas high dose anabolics generally only decreases it by 30ish%

I get that you’re talking about sarms lowering shbg. I haven’t seen the research but a lot of things do so it’s not surprising. However serum testosterone is total testosterone. Both bound and unbound. The number doesn’t change if more is free/unbound. It’s just the total overall number.

I at least get where you were coming from though. Thanks for the info on shbg I’ll check it out.

Cheers for that, would have went on thinking they were two separate things altogether! Definitely noticing a trend throughout a lot of forums and this one ofc, with low shbg and lower than expected test levels though. Possibly due to free T getting used up and pissed out quicker..

NICE!!!!!!! I'm an old TRT guy and love running a low dose SARM with my 150 test per week. I cant remember where I got it, but it was 15mgs of Ostarine + 7.5mgs of Ligandrol.... Loved it!!!!

I agree mate, these big boy UGL’s are pumping out well dosed gear and making decent money. Why rip people off once when you can work with the customer and make more money long term.

It works perfect for me. Plus it makes me have a ferocious appetite so I wouldn’t even want to try more. Also, 20 is the max you would ever need.

Not too sure either. I’m pretty sure it’s because I’ve been sick but was hoping someone had the same thing to see if they knew what it could be. A bit of googling leads me to believe it’s probably elevated due to me fighting off some kind of virus that has me sick. I’ll get some bloods again in a few weeks to see if it’s gotten better or worse.

Since you mentioned you were sick Monocytes are doing their job. Think of them as little packmen eating up pathogens. They are the garbage man. EOS can be from allergies. Both can elevate from inflammation. Minor elevations not a biggy. Me personally I almost always have elevated EOS and it's from allerges.
