+ 4 blood test analysis on GODTROPIN

hey everyone
in order to control the quality of godtropin. and also wanna check how much the IGF1 elevates by days. so i make the test like below.
before gh injection , day: 2019-6-11, i run blood test
result: gh serum--0.87
IGF1 -- 187.2
6iu per day, one shot. for 5 days, then day 2019-6-16, pin 6iu, 3h, run blood test
result: gh serum: 31.63
IGF1: 427
6iu per day, one shot, for 5 days, then day 2019-6-22,pin 6iu, 3h30, run blood test
result: gh serum: 29.8
IGF1: 538

Like the protocol as it shows you dont reach peak igf1 at 5days. All studies show its reached at 7-8 days. Studies show hgh peaks at 3.5hr but in your case shows a decrease compared to 3hrs. Thanks for teasing +

no, the IGF1 doesn't peak at 7-8 days, actually, IGF1 elevates by days step by step , longer u run ,higher IGF1 u reach, of course, there is limit.
normally, gh serum peaks around 3-4h, many factors could impact the result,
Was going off this study but noticed it went only to 7 days and the drop was after no injection. So you are right. Would love to see someone test at 7days and 15days to see if it continues to elevate. I see Hail did it for day 1,8,10 and it continued to rise. Curious where it caps on 6iu.

Hail have you ever tested past 10days? Will it rise another 50+ points after 5 more days?
When I had done some of these serum tests way back.....
It was dose dependent
So a lower dose (2-4ius apprx) would reach “peak” or “saturation point” at apprx 7 days
A higher dose blast (5-10ius apprx) would take longer to reach peak levels
So you and Matt are actually both correct
If you look at the serum link I posted....
I doubled my IGF1 level compared to baseline from only one injection (133 to 260)
I got that info from Sandoz OmniTrope test protocols for bioavailability
BUT....keep in mind....the serum testing was only to show protein activity/ bioavailability
FDA / WHO designed specific testing/ guidelines for synthetic proteins to show dose, purity, etc (HPLC)

The serum “numbers” (GH/IGF1) cannot reflect these accurately (but you already knew that)
But we still see guys using high Serums as a buying guideline for their gh

Yes I do. We've discussed this before. Funny thing is the blood test you posted proves your point and shows how HGH serum test is worthless in accessing HGH quality. Notice 1st hgh was 7.7ng/mL, 2nd at 3.4ng/mL, 3rd at 2.0ng/mL. Guys on here who just test HGH would freak out at the level of the 2nd or 3rd test of 2.0ng/ml and question the quality of their HGH. Yet the IGF-1 shows a different result. HPLC is the sure way to know.
I've also thought about that. But here's the thing it suppresses natural release of HGH but does it suppress exogenous HGH from converting to IGF-1 in the liver? I haven't found the answer. What I have found is that somatostain is more complicated than HGH and controls a whole host of hormones.

yes, before gh, then pin every 5 days , last test is 10 day mark.

I think you were the first source to believe me that IGF1 elevated immediately after injection and 30 days wasn’t needed
