Blood list and shoulder pic

Dates on the pic from MyChart app. Idea here is to see my test level. This is my first blood test after 5 injections.

My fav day is shoulder although I'm no slouch on any other day. Love this pic of me!

App for iphone - MyChart - Docs office gets results, loads them into their system and attaches them to this app. Can dom it for anybody at any doc! Shwos prescriptions, visits, history, the works!

Is that an Iphone/Mobile Phone app that calculates your levels or is it an actual test result that has been forwarded to your phone?
