Hey guys, just wanted to post up my blood test of my CK. Any suggestions to bring this down? Zero injuries, been feeling tired but once in the gym and lifting I'm hitting good weight. Currently on 250mg sustanon a week.

As I understand CK can be elevated for many days: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC164338/
And there and many possible explanations for your value. HGH and test may also change CK levels. Genetics as well.
Most important would be to find out if this is a new finding - or if you had this since ever/many years.

its something im gonna keep an eye on. Its nothing crazy but surly something i will test for again in a month time to get a better understanding. I did move 2 days prior to testing which was a bitch!
