how you been getting on with these?
It's still early days as I'm only halfway through the second box. If just upped to 4ui again as forearm problems have finally gone, still getting numb hands stiff fingers and falling asleep a lot so it's looking good.

you notice any visible changes with your body, or is it still to early to notice?
I'm not sure I will see much as I'm running at a low dose for fat loss. I was already quite lean anyway but the hyge seems to make it easier to maintain without be too strict on diet.

It's early days, but all the signs are there. I've had numb hands and cramping in my forearms so I dropped to 3iu pd.
sleep is now better, skin seems to be too.
bt843i got 200ius of green top hyges from a different source and i've been running 4ius a day for nearly 3-4 weeks with really no sides. My hands will sometimes go numb while sleeping but it's hard to tell if that's actually from the hyges or not.
I notice on your stats that you are in your early 20's. The sides and effects wont be as pronounced as it is with us oldies :). I've also read that some people don't notice anything for a few months so stick with it and by the time you get to the end of what you have you should see something I would have though.

As above mate. It seems fairly decent. this is my first dip into GH so I thought I would go the generic route. After a lot of reading the black tops seem to be the ones with the best bang for buck. problem is there is so much conflicting info out there so its a little bit like trying to find a genuine answer on BB.com you have to wade through tons of BS and bro science

They are shown as yellow tops but if you go into the details it lists black tops not as shown in picture.
