Dude ill get some tri pics that's where I shine these pics don't do justice but my tris are actually big as faurk but I've always had a hard time with bi's work in progress though I'm dedicated as fuck I just need to lean out and everything should start to pop I've been on a dirty bulk all winter I'm down to 224 from 238 should look a lot better once my body fat % drops I'm working on it though my diet needs a little work to its true what they say you can't out exercise a bad diet haha

Yes I've always had strong shoulder and its kind of a shitty thing sometimes because they try to pick up the slack of other muscle groups so I think I'll drop some weight and make sure my form is on point hopefully that will help.
I'm no guru, but from what I see your shoulders and front delts look really good and your biceps are lagging behind, this is a tell tale sign that your shoulders are getting most of the work from your bicep routines. some people will answer its just genetics but its up to you this is just my opinion bro!
Thanx man I just start a new biceps routine and concentration curls was something I've added hopefully I can get some definition but damn having long limbs makes for hard ass gains
