Dude it's not under filled... all mine were overfilled by about 0.5cc I'm estimating... the labels do look like a 5th grader put them on but does THAT really matter? I have had bad experiences with this particular SRC, I'm sure worse than whatever yours was, but that doesn't give anyone the right to make shit up.
