I have put more focus on shoulder, tri's, & bi's for a few months now. Here are some results. My goal still hasn't been met yet. Gotta get some more definition and cut them up a little. Tell me what you think?

looking good man. nice. i kill mine every chance i get. if you dont have good size tri's the bi's look very out of place. how or what moves you hitting those boys with.

bro i have a technique to build overall mass on the triceps use a pulley down standing machine with a straight or wave handle, a moderate weight where the lactic acid will be medium to high still being able to resist the pain after a good 10 to 5 reps, after those reps incline your self forward while allowing the bar to go overhead and your arms between your head this will cause a stretch along with fiber break down due to the lactic acid already in the cells, i have used this technique to dramatically bring up my triceps & pretty much all my body with varied techniques throughout muscle groups. Haven't seen your before pic but looking pretty damn good keep it up.

I am currently at 222lbs. I want to cut down to 210lbs to HARD and CUT. I have been running Tren E 200 & Test E 400. I will definently run some winni at the end. In the mean time TRAIN HARD!!! Thanks bro!!
