This is a bottle of big d finest! It was left in mailbox for a while and thing got a little cold and might of crashed...I just heat it up right? Sorry about side ways pic first time uploading from phone

Bubbles would mean its a viscous fluid like oil.......
It would be easier to tell if it was crashed against a relatively dark consistent back round not carpet.
how about putting vial into warm water for 15-20 minutes?
It's really hard to tell from this pic, but its an easy fix with a quick search
Search the forums someone posted how to fix crashed gear a week or two ago. Involved placing it In the oven.
