Yup, looks like ringworm. Most OTC anti-fungal ointments/creams/sprays for athlete's foot/jock itch will work. Use Lotrimin or Tinactine, but don't use Cruex (worthless.)
be carefull when you are putting on the cream, don't spread it all around, just put it on the spot, or you will get it all over you, my misses little bro had it, and ended up spreading over his whole body and it did not go away for 6 months, its preety much like tinea but on your body, instead of toes, if that's the only spot you have- try an alcohol based hand sanitiser that kills 99.9% of germs and bacteria, you could even use your medi swabs, even dab it with peroxide a few times a day, make sure you get straight on to it bro.
