+ 1 4 week transformation!
tested my body fat today using that handheld electronic thing so i know there's a 1-2% margin of error, but in 4 weeks ive dropped down from 22.8% body fat (i knew it was up there but god damn it was WAAAY higher than i thought it was!!) to 17.4% doing NO cardio at all, simply following viking's carb depletion program as best as i can. i kinda tweaked it a little bit as i'm not in contest prep or anything like that, and need more carbs throughout the day because i do very labor-intense physical work as my career, but minus the 2 days i lift in midafternoon i don't consume a single carb past 2pm. nothin but chicken, water, and a couple cans of tuna.
now i just gotta work on meltin that fuckin innertube right around my hips off a me and i'll be good to go! abs are starting to show quite nicely once again i think, and obliques are comin back in too. i'm happy with the results so far! only the dedicated succeed

waltrthose electronic things are't accurate at all
a buddy of mine who has like no body fat at all, he's just skinny as hell, full six pack and everything got told he was 18% by one ;P
yeah i kinda take the original number with a grain of salt, but even still i think you can at least count on it being somewhat equally inaccurate every time, meaning you can still more or less track progress. its the difference that i trust more than anything, and even that EXACT number i doubt. dont try and take this from me! hahaha, i know im making progress and can physically see it, and thats what the fuck is up - the electric bf thing just backs it up and puts numbers to it, evem if they arent entirely accurate
I dont trust them either. La fitness uses them a lot
