Arms have always been my most responsive body part. Forearm isn't looking to shabby either.
I've always gone heavy on arms, a few light sets then, pound em out with a 6-8 rep range. Around 12 to 15 sets including the light warm ups.

granitc , solid and i can see you ve added size

All good my friend, my arms are always the first to grow and last to deteriorate if i were to stop training.
Love a good arm workout, exactly what I've got planned for later today.
Very impressive arms brother !
Thanks bro, appreciate the word's!
Very nice robb
biceps heads are thick and i see you understand what a lot "dont"..... Triceps is Two Thirds of the upper arm and thats were the real inches come from.
First point of call for anyone wanting Big arms like robbs here............... Batter the Triceps until they fkn scream! ... then make em scream some more!!............ hahahahaaa.
Real nice them bro.................... Man arms

Thanks for the recognition Vik, always liked the strong arm look. Going heavy has been my best decision regarding weight lifting and chasing gains.
Still got plenty of room for improvement but it's not an overnight thing, I work at a 3 month schedule and reevaluate from there. It's a passion, never a task!
Wish I could say the same about mine, for me its back. Im gonna try going heavy like youve been doing.
We've all got a lagging part or just plain stubborn part. Pound away with some heavy lifting for a while, see how that treats you.
Looking fabulous brother Robb! Masterfully forged strong and muscular arms with distinct separation! Shapely and well contoured! Bowling pin forearms are mighty impressive! Powerful, dense and vascular!
Admiriably accomplished! +2 for some mighty oak arms! Much respect always my friend!
Such praise, thank you my friend, as always I keep striving for my minds eye physique. It's the physiques i see on the people like yourself that helps me with such motivation and your motivational words. Again thanks brother!
You are most wecome brother and thank you for your kind words! I always find inspiration in your self pics my friend! Keep grinding! :))
bigmurphI can see you have killer arms the picture does them justice but what is your actual bicep measurement just curious

Thanks. Their 18 inch, not the biggest but they have good shape to them.
Nice man. Looks very solid
Cheers mate, just trying to catch big V up lol, maybe in ten years or so.
nice man
Yes they are, can't be modest all the time haha! My favourite body part tbh.
Shabby my toe. rob very nice size looks real dense can tell u hit them real hard
Very rarely miss an arm workout, second favourite after chest. I work in construction so it definitely helps having strong arm's.
RustyhookerLooks solid. Ever read catalyst forum on giant sets?
Yeah having low bf keeps them pretty solid, but like I said they are my most responsive body part so it's like having a head start.
Sounds familiar, I'll have to look it up. Cat knows his stuff so no doubt there's always more i can learn.
RustyhookerAlways fun to switch or add here n there.
Just read it mate, sounds fkg brutal! Taken a screen shot so i can follow it up. Not a massive fan of high reps, always preferred the heavier side of lifting but like you said it's always fun to try out new things, gotta be open to suggestions and help when you find it. Props to you and Cat!
waltgangvery impressive
nice separation in arms
i always go heavy on arms too 6-10 rep range works great for me
Cheers bud, appreciate your feedback!
If i go light, other than warm ups it's at the end were I'll blast out 3 sets of 20 on cables, the burn is intense to put it mildly lol. Can't even flex them afterwards, completely fried!
