what taurine good for?
NicoTheFrenchmy self and alot of people get massive blood pumps which is good, but sometimes its just to painful. typically with shoulder press and barbell rows get it the most...take about 1500 to 2000 mg about an hour an half before workout helps the blood flow alot.
