So it's been 48 hours hit 1Ml in the thigh. It's not painful or a debilitating soreness. I can bend the leg back and feel the soreness but not where I have to do it slow because of that tight pain. Definitely keep y'all posted.

Yea always hear great things....I know right! I was expecting at least that pain that makes you bend the leg slow. And I've had blends that put me out of leg day, can't sit on the toilet tight pain but so far so good my friend.
