Thanks bro. One thing Ive learned on eroids is my doses are very small compared to most guys. I feel by slightly increasing my hormones in combination with brutal leg work I can still gain much size. I am going to post a progress pic in a week or two.
This cycle is 750 mgs of test and 100 mgs of Proviron. Usually don't go over 500 mgs of test. Test, deca and Provi are about the only compounds I use anymore.

It was never how much can you incline?? Lmao. I always seem to tweek my shoulder doing incline press. I stick with elevated push ups or a lighter weight incline now.

I think if you were to knuckle down to a lean clean diet come spring you'd be looking pretty jacked come summer time. Food for thought maybe...

You hit the nail on the head. I hate cardio and need to get my priorities straight. I realize at my age weak point training and cardio will benefit my goals greatly.

Thanks Monstar. I basically duck walked for thirty years. My posture is poor and I tend to walk with my hands behind my back and my head tilted to the right. Drives the wife crazy.
