Im new here so thought i would post a few progress pics, off before and after too see what you all think, and give me advice, im 39 and before the gym i weighed 8 stone, now im in and around 13 stone, got into the gym as i hated being slim, i have tagged few sites but was only way it would let me post

Hi mate, yea use to hate wearing short shirts, use to get Jealous when id see people walkin round who been to gym, and see there arms, thought i want too look like that lol
