Here are some tips I hope you like them.
Not everyone here is using AAS for The upcoming Arnold. I use it for recovery for martial arts and to help with my disability I acquired in the war. Even with alot of injuries I am pretty strong right now

Squat and dead lift my friend will turn u into a beast. You have a great foundation using AAS is advised after you intelligently tried to Attain ur goals naturally, and it looks like you done just that. A modest cycle should give you great results, and the appetite will come trust me I was in your shoes before. At 165 my powerlifting total was 980 lbs and I couldn't gain weight until I started AAS. So it's not uncommon to be in your situation. The rule of thumb is to gain asuch musculature naturally, but you are an outlier. So, as long as you have good training under your belt don't worry about the scale.

Well I agree with everyone about the food----Obviously we want plenty of calories to support the generation of muscle tissue.
But you]ve obviously been training---you just haven't put on a lot of mass yet. But the important thing is that the training you have done has prepped your body (tendons, ligiments, joints, connective tissues, etc,,) for what lies ahead with the use of steroids and heavier weights and more intensity. My personal opinion is lean guys who make even modest gains often look fantastic because of low BF levels.
Great post.....Now you have motivation to show everyone the change that's coming.

I raced mx as a teenager so if your a rider I can understand not wanting to put on much bulk, in all reality I wouldn't figure you would want to tip the scales much more at all, going for 200 or so?

the beast part made me think mass, i see now that you meant beast from a performance standpoint, haven't had too much interaction with Goth so far but I'm sure he'll be able to help get you dialed in and he's definitely right about you low bf guys a little extra muscle goes a long way from an appearance standpoint.

no doubt the 450s these days will have more than enough power to get ya around the track at 200, last time I rode one my heavy ass got around just fine, although I still miss the good ole 2 strokes even though their power wasn't as efficient I loved how explosive the powerbands were

I loved the 2 strokes man. Nothing like the sound of a 125 or 250. But holy shit a 125 feels so damn slow now compared to my 250f.

keepitreal's picture

I had a 250 2 stroke up until a few months ago, didn't want to let loose of it but had to make some concessions after kiddo #3, I'm sure I'll end up picking up another some day. I could easily smoke the 250f's on my 250 when I would ride with some teenage neighbors that raced amateur on some home made tracks they had, but when it came to running with the 450f's I could only shine if I had a significant skill advantage and even then it took nearly flawless riding.

I believe these days ktm is the only one that still makes 2 stroke mx bikes, I'm curious how a modern 500 2 stroke would hold up to a 450f if there is such a thing anymore

accepted. can't beat that exhaust smell either, use to say there is nothing like the smell of 2 stroke in the morning

genetics are a cop out my friend. I used to say the same shit im a hard gainer I eat enough, but I was wrong. portion out your meals,be consistent know what your eating there is plenty of knowledge on here a let alone online in general for diet help. its not always about eating perfectly clean as some people think its about eating enough and consistent. believe me there are days when im just not hungry but in order to hit my mark every day I just wait a little longer and eat it. invest in a six pack lunch box because if you have it your more likely to eat it. that and food prep builds character, It doesn't come down to '' oh im not a bodybuilder'' it comes down to having enough nutrition to support energy, stamina , and recovery , let alone the nutrition to support ASs. which I agree with others your not yet ready im not saying youll never be ready but you need to get your diet under control and consistent first. due genetics play a factor sure but its just another excuse, don't convince yourself your screwed from the get go. if you fail to plan you plan to fail.

Genetics are the difference between a Mr. Olympia competitor and a national level competitor. Genetics or not one can achieve a great physic, with hard work and determination.

I believe what these guys are trying to tell u is you need to learn how to eat. If you ain't eating enough to grow now gear ain't going to do you any good. Come on bro this is your health we are talking about at the very least build some kind of a base.

Not saying ur blowing smoke here my man but you have no idea how many clients I've had tell me they force feed only to come and find there actually under eating. Everyone seems to underestimate how much one has to eat in order to grow. Maybe your better off focusing on being one hell of a cyclist?

This x 1000.

keepitreal's picture

In order to put on mass your going to need to eat more bro cycling or not,

your obviously going to cycle despite what any of us say, and if your wanting to be a beast as you put it that will mean more mass which will require more food.

if you already eat to the point of force feeding and you've truly taken the time to plan out your meals and portions then you may want to consider something to stimulate that appetite. like trenabolic states no reason to risk your health with AAS if the building blocks (nutrition) aren't there to see the results your after.
