Way to go brother !
Looking way better, just don’t stop, enjoy the journey and the new lifestyle!
This is my 4th getting shape with in my fluctuating body.
Not again gaining and then just losing yourself. It gets harder and harder to shape back up the older I get.
No stopping anymore.
I enjoy the way I feel, the eating is easy and I actually enjoy the discipline of it.
Coming from a combat veteran that’s easy.
First time with gear.
I will admit being an highly functional addict for 18 yrs. Being clean for almost 2 years and all the toxins. Well had a miss hap and had a handful of drinks a month of ago there was immediate repercussions. Got blasted on here and understood the choice I made was foolish and dumb.
Much respect to you, brother … for the discipline, the honesty, and the fight you’ve put in on every level. Getting back in shape is one thing, but rebuilding your life and mindset like this? That’s true strength. Gear or no gear, nothing works without heart and commitment … and you’ve clearly got both. Keep holding that line. You’re doing something powerful, and it shows. Proud of you. Keep pushing.
Man brother I’ve seen your comments here and there. I have to say your push of positivity, wish we had lots more like that. Uplifting one another.
True words of encouragement!
Your right heart and commitment. Folks believe that using gear is such an easy way out. But first hand I can say that’s nowhere near true. You can take all gear your want, no diet, no real workout, being sedentary not much will happen. But goodness with a diet and a consistent workout and some time major benefits of course.
The difficulty of navigating all the health risk plus bro science lol jk.
I’d rather do this lifestyle than due drugs and run from my issues.
It’s fun, I feel so healthy, I’m able to run and horseplay with my children so easily. So forth and so on. We all know the joys it can bring..
Once again grateful for your motivational words
Welcome home bro
Thank ya brother
Point of it is I feel great.
Being 90% disabled vet with pretty decent issue.
I feel amazing, healthy inside and out. I can move and run nothing aches or hurts
Looking much Better and Healthier mate
Much appreciated!
Keep it up bro, stellar transformation transformation in the mid section!
-- thank you. I’m trying to target that now more than ever.
Increasing cardio/HIIT. Idk. Food really on point. I don’t intake much fats, carbs. Only sugar comes from berries and banana/ 2 small protein drinks. Limiting sodium is hard as all get out.
Hell ya! Haha sodium is tough for me as well, I put low sodium soy sauce on rice and ground turkey daily.
Huge progress. Good work.
Thanks, much more to go!
