Hi guys!
Im back again and this time with better results. In total this took me a half year to go from bulk to ripped.
I havent trained legs for over the last 3 months because of injury.
Went from 58.5 kgs to 53.3

What do you think? Good points-weak points
I would like to compete one day but first go back to bulking .
Am I bikini material or figure/bodyfitness?

Ordered from:

Seems though that thick amd wide shoulders, small waist and just shredded will most likely pull you through either. You have great muscle everywhere, just put in for your leg injury and glutes. Your there but there is Always room for more and more. Abslotely no reason why you cannot easily place this summer in figure.

Definitly figure. Looking good.

What they are looking for in Bikini is VERY specific and to be honest, almost unrealistic.

I'll get more specific for you in PM but you look good and keep growing if you want to do figure!

DAMN! I impressed, you are really COOL sweety!!! That is the beautiful body about which I said in the post below!!! ++++

Ladyluck89's picture

I read your post and I must say Im really flattered croc! Sometimes I dont find myself good enough (like most of us) and these comments make me lift up a Little bit ! Ah well my Mind just needs more carbs I guess lol

About the ass-mine is round but tiny too. I lost almost 7 cm lol! So thats what I also need to work on to create the body you mentioned.

DeadlyCrooc's picture

Your shape is proportional in all the points. Your ass looks rounded and delicious also, ass, change the look of the back+arms, all this in one looking great. More, your legs + ass looking as a couple indeed, not like legs from the female BB and male ass.(you know about what I say (; ) I think it's enough (:

fusebox's picture

That's a lot of ass (including a mention of male ass) without a no homo. No homo. Might need a ruling from Ed on this but I think you might be screwed. No homo of course.

DeadlyCrooc's picture

She knows about who I say, if you don't know, it's simple, you are not in a trend (: Like a hint, especially for you, to be in a trend, you can see pictures in the other post which below of this post and you fast will understand what I say about (: And yes, NO HOMO!

Agree with u,BF physique!

I would go novice Figure....or better yet Novice and Open Figure.

That way you get two shows done in one (feet wet plus good stage time) and the opportunity that you technically only get "once" to do Novice while at the same time seeing how well you do with the open girls.

Do your research though.

Clearly you would have to do NPC (or any non-tested show) but you will want to see what contests are closest to you as well as a look at contests that will reward "the physique you wish to bring" so that you don't waste time.

Whether for myself or those I have worked with, doing the "contest history research" is just as critical as coming in condition for your category!!!

You want to know who has done the show in the past, what they looked like, who may come back

Doing a contest because it's close by is ideal so you do not have to travel and worry about some of the concerns travel may cause (condition wise) but not if the contest has proven to reward physiques that are not what you wish to bring game day.

Far to many athletes do not do this kind of home work and its usually because they don't have any real good guidance on everything to do with competing especially if turning pro is a desire.

This is part of the prep...as winging it will waste time and money.

You look good but as I am sure you know your weak points are glutes, hamstrings (size and conditioning) and a bit more width to shoulders are almost always good for anyone to create the illusion of even narrower waistline.

Be careful on how you train abs as well, as the wrong exercises will make you to blocky.

Your detail in the back and quads are great and arms are looking good too!

You could do bikini but your current outlook about putting on more size and the subtle notion that you like to pose using mandatories gives a glimpse of where your "inner desire" lies which for now would favor figure. I am certain at some point with enough quality muscle you would grow into physique but their are many "sacrifices" that are not reversible even at the figure level

Enjoy the journey and remember to focus on long term health because for women especially, there are choices that once made cannot be undone by just coming off.

Train for PURPOSE!

Yeah...a little long but you did ask for a little advice ;)

Ladyluck89's picture

Thank you for your great post and that you took time for it to write.
I 100% agree.
I must say I check the Dutch bikini AND figure contest results . I always thought that bikini here is nowhere, just skinny girls and that would put me automaticly into figure. BUT they are now more ripped , with better muscle quality and I must admit I admire the pro bikini look. (Valeria ammirato is an example)
Travelling is not needed because the contests are not far. Interesting advice about the novice and the open. Its a bit different here but I know what you mean.
I love the figure pro look, but I know what some novice already use and I think thats too much for me. I cant handle a lot and dont want to to be honest. For me its more about diet and training, I only used low dose clen the last few weeks and steroids on low dose. I try to use it as a supplement boost and not lean on it . Also try to do it in the most healthy way possible because what you said..some sides are irrevirsable and I want to be in bb on long term

I never train abs, because Im aware that Im not blessed with an iny tiny waist . Only the last 3 weeks I hit them a bit to pop them.
I dont think about training them directly in next bulk either.

Yes ass and glutes I know. I hit them hard always but it seems that they need more time. I was always worried about my quads but now at low bodyfat you see its otherwise.
Delts is also difficult for me but I must say the last year they improved a lot.

Again thanks for your advice! If you want to give more please do!

Yes, I admittedly assumed you were in North America and why some of what I mentioned may not apply.

The benefit (if applicable) to doing the Novice and Open options (at entry level shows or National Qualifiers) your first time out is that you get far more time on stage and it is like doing two shows in one but you do have to approach it with caution.

Agreed, bikini is to figure as physique is to bb for women these days and the lines get blurred further each year.

I still notice a softer look (npc) comparatively in the National Qualifiers then what you see in the Pro Qualifiers at Nationals themselves and it is getting harder to determine which to be in outside of how much muscle one carries.

Noticed a couple of your purchases and was going to mention not only "would you want to" stick with low dose but also being careful on what compounds specifically you use regardless of it being low dose.

If you have an interest you are welcome to FR and we can pm further so that you and your boyfriend (believe I saw it written that he is helping you) can be a bit more specific on certain things which would allow me to share more should it be beneficial.

Have a great week.

Agreed on how interesting things look when "leaner" as many assume some areas are weaker when they may actually be strengths by the time dieting is done...that comes with experience and being lean enough to properly access
