my diet is pretty much steaks, chicken, for lunch and dinner with green veggies. sometimes pasta. or whatever the wife makes for dinner with the meat i throw on the grill every night. as for cycle i've been on a blast and cruise of test since dec. and tren along with it since april. ill be going on pct in june. as for my legs. plenty of strength gains. but no size gains, they have toned up for sure. especially my calves.
thanks, i have one more bottle of test left then ill be on PCT. so ill be taking it easy for roughly 6 months. but im looking forward to my second cycle for sure.
Dude, Fuck taking it easy! You'll lose everything you worked for and have to start all over. Keep at it while your waiting on your next cycle, your poundage will drop a lil but thats just a # the stress you put them muscles through and the food you put in will keep you growing! Stay with it!!!
Oh don't worry, I'll still be lifting and continue with powerlifting. by taking it easy I just meant I'll only be doing otc, pre and post workout supplements.
