Before and After Natural (prior to any gear being used).

Here are some before and after shots of me while I was still natural.

Nice Work Bro keep it up!

That’s the kind of physique chicks love my man. Excellent results for first cycle. Congrats on the hard work, keep it up.

Yeah, that was just natural progress. Since then I have done 2 weeks on, 4 weeks off, 2 weeks on, 4 weeks off with a decent dose of Test Prop (700mg/week, front loaded on day one, so first week is 900mg). I only do 11 days of injections, and then by day 15 blood levels get to a point where natural production can start and I start PCT. It is a little strange, but I get in a fairly high dose of gear, and then get out before sides/supression/inhibition really start kicking in/taking effect on recovery time. During the off weeks, I seem to have some momentum from the drugs pushing me through the 4 off weeks. Strength is continuously increasing and work capacity is tremendous. I do OLY lifts/conditioning work in the afternoon for 1.5 hours, and compound lifts/structural work in the evening for another hour. Sat/Sun I only lift once a day (isolation stuff mostly) but I run also. I like the little 2 week gear pulses. It keeps the strength moving up and staves off overtraining, without gaining much weight (which is my goal, I don't want to put on too much weight, just get stronger and faster).

That's not after cycle, read the info better. That would be very small to be an after cycle pic, even anavar only.

I am mid cycle now (1st cycle), and my natural physique was very similar to yours in the more tan picture. I may have been just a little bigger, but with slightly more body fat. I had trouble getting very big natural myself and believed to be somewhat close to my natural potential. My weight was about 213, but I am 6'3". My body fat was similar to yours as well (maybe slightly higher at around 11%). I have gained over 50 lbs so far and not really trying to gain much more as my blood pressure is really high. I personally think you are ready based on what I see.

Nice improvement but you definately jumped on WAY too early

I hear you man. But with 6 years of lifting naturally (that is counting the time I couldn't lift, so technically I have only been lifting for 4.5 years) , 55lbs muscle gain, going from 13% bf to below 9%, what else could you expect from an extreme ectomorph, with a skinny-fat build who worked up to 180lbs, leaner than most, dry weight? I am not a BB, I have desire to be a BB. My main goals are shorter endurance running and strength (those capabilities make the most sense in my job, being able to move distances fairly quickly, and having strength is just an obvious plus). Yeah, those two goals really don't go hand in hand and it's hard to be good at both, but that's how I train. I run 2 miles in 10:22 but I can deadlift 465 and honestly, I don't know how much better I could have gotten at those goals without deciding to try gear. Would you expect to find someone with my genetics deadlifting 500lbs AND running two miles in 10 minutes without gear? I get what you are saying in terms of me using gear for my size, but that's not my goal, and i think I was mighty close to my potential in terms of having decent endurance and strength simultaneously.

not everybody has the same goals and you're right AAS can vary depending on goals. Either way hard work was put in and it shows!

Impressive bro

good lean development; how much time between?

hustlecoke's picture

The time in between was 6 months. This was due to muscle memory. I lifted for about 4 years and got pretty close to looking like I did in the second pic. Then I joined the military and for about 1.5 years I had very limited access to a gym (with no access to a gym for 4 months out of the year) and was eating MRE's for weeks on end. In fact there was a period where I had no food to eat for 10 days. Once I got into a normal schedule and had access to a gym and could cook all of my own foods, I went full blast super clean diet, and hard/smart training to get back to where I had been. Believe it or not, the weight difference in the two pics is only 6lbs, from 169lbs to 175lbs.
