rhino82Thank you, I went from 331lbs to 208lbs. Somehow I didnt get any loose skin throughout the process. Ive kept my bodyfat between 13% and 16% for around the last year.

did you follow any specific diet during the process or just maintain a deficit?
rhino82I just maintained a deficent and completely cut out soda. Thats it diet wise. Now that Im lean and have put on some muscle I just try and eat a balanced diet high in protein. I noticed once I got my hormones specifically my Testosterone to high levels my weight started falling off.
diet soda is my achilles heel lol. good to hear. I was type 2 diabetic which is apparently no longer an issue since i started trt. good to hear though. keep hammering
