Started Intermittent Fasting on September28th and lost 30#s of fat and gained some decent muscle mass. I do an 18/6 fasting/eating schedule and have never felt better. About to start a cycle of Test E 500 and Npp 400 for 12 weeks to lean out further and gain 6-8 pounds of lean muscle mass. I will change my feeding to a 16/8 schedule to fit in more calories

Great job! I just started IF and I'm down 10 lbs in 3 weeks, this is week 4. Are you doing keto as well or just restricted calories? There seems to be a lot of options and I'm still learning. I've been doing keto but it's killing me in the gym.
Thanks Man and grrat job to you too. I don't do Keto, just restrict calories. I feel great while working out fasted, but not sure i could do that on a keto diet too. My buddy does Keto and IF, but he doesn't lift. I'm not sure if it works with heavy weightlifting.
