alright guys let me have it..here are the before and afters of my very first cycle. start pct on monday and wanted to know what the pros think of my progress. diet was clean and around 4,000 calories a week, although i cant lie things did get a little sloppy and a little more alchol then i would of liked due to a vacation..but hey its vacation for a reason..i know theres alot of work to be done still, but its a start. so let me have it boys..The fist 2 are befores the last 3 are after...hope u woul be able to tell by just looking at it haha

do some research fix the diet ask around in the gym for some advise these seem like min gains for 12weeks
Shit...I'm on week 6 or 7 of a test prop 100 eod. Bumped it up to 150 with someones advice on here. 2nd cycle. I and a bunch of other people Can tell a huge diff. I went from 178 to 198 with a pretty shitty diet. Im still pretty new to the game...I know some people react to gear diff...but damn it looks like you got something wrong with your gear. Prob underdosed; or you ain't working out at all. I gained all that weight on prop only. So, you gotta seriously evaluate yourself, possab fwith the advice of others... Before playing some Russian roulette with yourself.
Anoni would say something but eveybody has it covered bro, i do see changes but not what you are capable of.. steroids dont make you big without diciplined diet and routine, hit the weights hard and eat clean for a couple months then jump back on and see what happens
theres obviously progress but honestly if you had worked out consistently with a good routine and a clean diet, even just all natural after 12 weeks you should see more progress. looks like a waste of money man, dont try and take advantage of the fact that youre on gear by thinking its ok to cheat on your diet and work outs.

I can see a little thickness change on upper arms bro... definately need to insane with the power like fast says... i think you meant to say 4000 cals pr day but i cant see that either brother... definately diet problems here bro i know you dont want to read this but we have to be honest to progress further.
in forums take a read on...cycle finished now what. After pct is done lets get your lifting boosted hard for at least four months. Powerlifting style. You made improvements. In six Weeks lets get the lifting reviewed and beef ya up before next cycle. Then you'll blow up
CleyonI don't want to be rude at all, but I'm not seeing the type of changes I would expect from a 12xk cycle. In the last three you definitely have gained some muscle, and a little definition, but I'd have expected more. If you truly were eating only 4000cal/wk, then that would be part of the problem! You should be eating close to 3000cal/day when you are trying to gain. I'd stay away from gear until your diet/training is locked down, otherwise you're throwing your money away.
