Your creatinine and egfr numbers look way off. As mentioned by Aggie, have a Cystatin C test done. If not taking already, start using Astragaloside IV ( better than regular Astragalus root ) as well as Astragalus root supps, always stay hydrate will help. Also I hear taking SS31 peptides has been shown to improve kidney numbers on blood test.
I would do a Complete Metabolic Panel so you also get the liver enzymes. Since Creatine is high, I would aslo do a Cystatin C to see how your kidneys really are doing.

Egfr is low. I've been dealing with kidney problems for 3 years. Kidneys took a big hit 2 years ago had Rhabdomylosis and my ck levels was 12000.
