Hi guys got my blood test results today
Unfoutunely my docter would not check for everything i wanted to test, so its fairly basic
But hopefully someone might have some input on these..will be doing private bloods from now on too, and they check everything

You need to cut that dirty habit out mate - No Good! That will account for some of the BP level too, everything else looks fine though. You can always spot when someone hasn't yet done any cycles as their eGFR is almost perfect Lol
Also press mate do u think my test levels are low by any chance?
I no it says on results that test is normal,but im sure NHS only class test levels as low when there literally diabolical so i wasnt sure on my test?
I no mate..i tried so many times to quit but can never stick to it prob due to having poor wiil power....im smoking for way too many years now, i might try give one of those ecigs a go and see,,but mixed reviews on those too
It shocked me to be honest getting those results and seeing normal levels for most things
I really was expecting the worse

Just cut it out mate, no half measures. You managed to stop the drinking and other stuff so you can do it with the cigs too if you really want to. You are damaging both your heart and lungs - both of which are vital for training and making sure you can recover well between sets. Is it really worth being laid up in a hospital bed in years to come with lung or throat cancer just so you can stick one of those things in your mouth? I was sat in an interview with someone a few weeks back and all I could smell when he talked was rotten, stale fag breath coming out of his mouth over me

I found switching to an ecig to be surprisingly easy. Obviously it's different for everyone but definitely worth a shot. Drop by a vape shop and and see whats popular.

Nothing really stands out. BP is high but that could be white coat syndrome. Would have been nice to have cholesterol checked.
it definitely was white coat syndrome buddy as everytime i go to get my bloods done my BP goes through the roof lol..kinda strange really as im fine with injections but when blood is being taken its a complete different story...
Ya i had my cholesterol tested in hospital last week and thats at a normal range but i have no proof of results unfortunately.
Sorry about the shit quality pics too, ill change them when i figure out this online app i got and how to access them that way.
