Currently running rips at 4ius ed until I switch to nordis in a couple days. Feeling great and its only been a month but im confident I'll feel on a totally different level once I switch to pharm. Holding some water because of the rips but nothing major! I'm also recovering from a torn left pec so I think my back looks decent considering the set back.
