This is a photo of when I first started lifting. It was about 12 weeks apart. The one on the left was the day before I started lifting. The one on the right (sorry its dark) was about two months before my shoulder issues. I am thicker now muscle and BF wise right now. Trimming it down

Nasty81Natebro, you really have a good base going there, keep the hard work up and you can hit some personal goals the natural way.
Thanks man. I am trying to do as much naturally as I can. Looking into roids is just an option so I am prepared when and if that times comes.
cool points just for the hard work man
Im cool?? YAY.. Took 26 years... haha Thanks man. I didnt notice how much i changed untill i look back at the pics. I have a few more i will throw up of the same 12 week set
AnonKeep eating right and changing up your gym routine. By summer you are going to be accused of juice'n.
Yeah diet is what kills me honestly.. i love food. . . . . haha! But i need to tighten the belt on what im eating and get in line because I do want to look like im juice'd.
I agree bro hell i almost wanna say that by the 12 week pic lol great jod once again Brett keep it up and take care of that shoulder bro
Thanks man. Yeah my shoulder set me back and I gained some weight back, but im hitting the cardio and lifting and getting back in my old routine. I plan I trying to gain some good size over the next few months.
AnonAre those gains all Nat?
yeah they were. I was taking Natural supps and eating clean. That was all gains for just allot of hard work.
AnonYou have good natural hormones man. Keep up what you're doing, at this rate you don't need juice.....look at those gains Nat!! Fucking awesome!!!
nice job excellent work you shredded those jelly rolls off your hips and packed up serious width!
Thanks man. My back is pretty wide now. It is the easiest part of me to grow. I still got some "jelly rolls" esp with the time off but no where near like i did at day one. Thanks for the note
Damn bro who is that guy not the same guy lol. nice job bro. So tell us how you did this??
I just went crazy. Lifting was my life when I started. I read, eat, slept, thought, and did nothing but lifting when I wasnt at the office. Thus i over worked the shouder and got the issue I have now sadly.
AnonWelcome to the game Bro.
