cleaned diet abit cause I started to look weird (fat) dropped to 254 from 260+ !! planning to cruise for 10-12 weeks maintaine as much mass as I can and then go for a good cut .if I can get to a a 235-230 shredded it will be awesome !any criticism ,advise is welcomed !!

You look good man. My only advice, and I don’t know if you do this or not, but I do.. is stay away from fast food. I work with people who eat it all day, and I sometimes fall into the trap. Because come on, Popeyes is so fucking good. But as long as you don’t eat that stuff, you’ll have no problems cutting. You have a solid base and would look nasty all ripped up. I saw that, too. I had a mesh repair surgery last August and put me out for a good while, I still have to be careful. Needs to be fixed because it can be deadly.

Was it not wearing the belt that gave you the hernia in deads do you think? I've stopped using one the last few months but I think I may go back to using it again now even though it is a little uncomfortable..
I cant tell you 100%its from the deads alone but pretty much heavy lifting it self the makes it ...I ve ordered a pretty damn good one ...larry style

Very true man - I've thought I got a hernia a few times from grinding out the heavies even on bench. Luck of the draw when it comes to injuries I think. Biggest I've ever had is from Deads also - pulled a hamstring bad and the thing wouldn't stop twitching for 48hrs lol Then I got the black kneecap and couldn't do em for 6 weeks..Cool belt - Its a quick release one I'm assuming? first six weeks 1,6 g test 50 mg provi and minimal ai something like 0,5adex 3 times a week,then start to feel like shit and drop test to 900 and aded tren at 300 pw!! thats it .way better then using orals ...my appetite was always top !!

yes buddy way better recovery more strength, more lbm if you can tolerate it ,surprisingly not to much water compared to 1g ,but got night sweats and felt like shit after passing 6weeks.I did 1.6 g just trial and error not for any reason just high test no orals nothing !!

think i would have got it from PL but it happened during a major coughing fit due to my asthmatic chronic bronchitis.
Do you need to have surgery for the hernia?
yeah its programmed for may ,cant do it earlier cause of work ,but I got a belt prescribed to wear until surgery to not get worst !! thanks buddy!

Sucks but something you have to go through. Dont obv. rush back into the heavy lifting.., unless the docs clear you.
And during your recovery time make sure to keep eating and staying hydrated. Unless you want to go for the new gym look.., 150 lbs or anorexia..,lol
