Just looking the thing that sticks out to me is your arms they could use some more size there they don't look proportional to the rest of your body . This is simply what I see but you look great +2

Yeah ,well spotted, arms always been my weak point. Believe or not done some work on arms but closer I get to contest, arms are the first thing that go. Can't blame genetics, so must be something I'm doing wrong

X2 bring arms up, more Lat n trap development! Behind back smiths on back day n shoulder day both brought my traps up, cuz in reality trap part of back not shoulder n trap day! Just my .02 +1 I do 3 sets behind back shrugs on smith every back day to help with traps at end of workout cuz traps wouldn't grow helped a lot ! For lats get on pull down facing away from machine with close grip handle maybe 130lb n do sets on 12-15 n squeeze at bottom I'm big Jon on meadows fan n support his training methods follow him utube mans a genius

Hi man,
Thanks for advice. Seen few Meadows videos, beast. Will have to watch him again.
Will definitely concentrate more on shrugs and arms this off season, will incorporate all that in my program. Thanks for your time and suggestions, much appreciated.

Back seems pretty good. I actually would focus on the arms. They seem a little lost given the size of your delts. Tough to really critique with only one shot though. Regardless, you have done some good solid work there.

Thanks man, I've noticed the issue with the arms. As I explained above, off season arms seem to be proportional to the rest of the body but as I start getting ready for contest, arms are the first thing that go. Must be doing something wrong I believe

I think some more width on the lats will really help you out. Be sure when you are doing pull downs ect.. that you are "pulling" the bar apart as you do them. Do a bunch of variations. Some of my favorite are singe arm pull down facing sideways. Pull-ups are great straight arm pull down. There's so many, if you want some more ideas let me know.+1 great detail and thickness, you look great bro!

Thanks a lot, will write down the plan so I can incorporate all them exercises.
Do you do all the variations every session or you concentrate on some particular and then rotate them around??

For sure brother, I'll always do pull-ups and straight arm pull down ever workout. I try to be as creative as possible, I also train with a ton of volume and vary my tempo, reps and sets. Looking solid bro!

Thanks man, That's the first thing I see to be honest, so lots of pull ups I believe.

No worries bro, you're looking excellent. I'm thinking pull ups too, maybe wide-grip and weighed pull ups for more effect. +1
