That must be a lot to carry with you. I'm sure this night is a heavy reminder. I'm sure not a day goes by actually where you don't think about this. I hope you've made peace with the decision you made that night. I don't think there is a person alive that wouldn't have done the same (us women included). You obviously have thick skin and a very strong back. I wish you peace of mind and the ability to move forward without carrying this load. Not only for the little one but for you. Merry Christmas Cyco.

Yea,i think about it. Always hits hard during the holidays, more. My past, has made me a better person. I remember all the nights i closed my eyes, and prayed things could be different. I am at ease, and peace is my middle name. Nightmares are always gonna be there, but i handle it. We got to live for today, esp for the kids etc. The gym,has always been my getaway, and my best therapy sessions. Merry xmas, and have a super 2013.
IVE BEEN IN AN IDENTICAL SITUATION CYCO... SO I KNOW THAT FEELING... I STILL HAVE NIGHTMARES ABOUT IT SOMETIMES.... WHAT DOESNT KILL US ONLY MAKES US STRONGER... ESPECIALLY WITH STEROIDS ADDED
Sometimes a message comes to us in ways we barely can comprehend. When life says to u "How bad do u want to live" u can either play the victim or we can stand and fight for life. I've been in places emotionally or physically. I choose not to talk about it. It's too hard to even reminisce. Bless u brother for bringing ur past to light and accepting it. Sharing these experiences help others who can't comprehend things like this. These last few weeks has made me feel a connection to u bro. Glad to be able to say I know u brother. God Bless u and urs!
yes he is, glad to know him.... I am also glad you shared that story, i have been in many situations, (Military, and civilian) that make me remember "It can always be worse"..
:-) Karma is about giving. My life is very blessed bro. My woman for whatever reason thinks I'm worth keeping. My family keeps growing. My job keeps paying me. Life is good bro.
Good lord man. Once again, thanks for sharing. I have a very comfortable life, always have. To hear your insight and your past experiences, really make me appreciate my own. Stay strong and carry on.
Thank you,for listening:) The hardest thing was his brother lived right across the street. He used to always tell me,that he would kill me on xmas eve. He used to stand by his window, with a shotgun, and give me threats.talk about tension. Well 2 yrs after,i was coming out of a gas station, and here comes a car out of nowhere. He jumps out,and starts shooting,i started to run, even though i also had a gun,i refused to shoot back. Did not want another experiance, even if it cost my life. Well i had a nervous breakdown, was admitted to the crazy house- for 2 months. I was given the name cyco,by the neighborhood people- they said i snapped. After i had to just move to a different state, and start a new journey. Compare to the place i was in,life is sweet.
Once again brother I really enjoy hearing about your life. And on another note you need to shrink because you are too damn big for the lens :P. God bless you!
