I substituted ATLAS test cyp for my TRT dose for 6 weeks before my scheduled TRT bloodwork. My TRT dose is 200mg/week one pin per week. I adjusted the dose of Atlas test cyp to .8ml as it is 250mg per ml. These bloods were drawn 7 days after my last pin. Results are slightly low but defintely close to my norm. I felt no change in mood or libido.

If close to your norm then the test looks like it is doing its job.
TricepatopsFor most people 200mgs should put you well over the recommended range. Maybe if you have some medical reason that your body doesn't use testosterone from injection well your levels would be this low. I would be mad as hell if my levels were that low using 200mgs a week.
I actually test right around 800-900ng/dl on 200mg per week. Everyone is different. And that’s when I get my labs drawn 4 days post injection. Time for almost one half life of the ester. Getting it drawn a week after inject the number would be lower probably down to 500ng/dl which would represent closer to a trough level.
TricepatopsI didn't see it was after 7 days. Mine are usually around 1300 -1500 about 4 days after last injection on that dose. And last blood draw using a Sust 350 at a dose of 175mgs and 75 mgs of NPP mine were over 1500 don't know exact levels because the hospital labs stop counting after 1500. But still his levels are on the lower end . I was expecting Rustyhooker to chime in because he doesn't think TRT is 200mgs a week. Each person is different that's why if I had those type of numbers I would be upset. I don't do 200mgs a week of TRT anymore because my levels were always so high so I dropped it to 175mgs with pharmacy test and numbers are always at upper limits now.
YES 7 days after my last pin. I have bloods drawn every 12 weeks im on legit medically supervised TRT for over 7 years. Your Dr. prescribes Sust 350 and NPP ? send me his name and number and ill change doctors LOL.. I only know my LEGIT numbers.. You can check my other labs that I posted...
TricepatopsNo I was testing out some products like you were with the Atlas. I am going to be starting a cycle and I am going to use that Test and wanted to figure out what dose to run my test at during said cycle. I knew this lab is legit and I assume it is slightly over dosed. My TRT from my doc is 200mg test cyp. I wish I had a doc like that. Lol I just didn't put up the lab because that source doesn't sell it and didnt want to talk about another lab for which source doesn't sell. I never once questioned if your numbers were legit they to me are just low for what I am use to seeing but if that is your normal for you and your happy then you found another test to use. Apologise if it came across in a negative way. Also I have had my bloods come from quest and a hospital lab in the same day and they varied alot more then I thought. I was very surprised my levels were so high with the 350 and npp. Only thing I am thinking is the little bit of prop made my levels go that high as it was two days after a pin when I had my bloods drawn. It I go by the labels it would have been 25mgs of prop. +1 for bloods

Ive been on TRT for over 7 years. started on 80mg/w now im up to 200mg. my bloods are drawn every 12 weeks. This is a medically supervised TRT program. Thanks .
