Just to know your received this with fresh packaging ?

Because in liquide you need to have the right temperature during the delivery.

Me too because depend where are the GH (stocked during transport) some people turns the heating on to full lol and the variant of temperature for AQ are not the best.

Here we have a chrono fresh delivery and the temp are controlled at all spot, until the final point of delivery. But it's only for national delivery :-(

I'm remember when JinAQ selled international it's with cold things with 2-4 days delivery max and when your received your AQ the temperature are always great.

It's the same for Omega 3 if the temperature is not respected it is easily oxidized.

I send the question because the temp need the same like insulin around 5-7° the AQ are theoretically more fragile than the powder.

I have some stuff from Zeroxx (Oxandrolone for next summer) and it's my first time with Anavar and Zeroxx.

I planned a GH from unrated sponsor here, vial of 40 ui's and i'm like you, i plan blood work before using and around 25-28 days after, i try with 2 ui's and depend the result i up to 4 ui's daily.

I think take the dose morning on empty stomach 2 ui's and maybe give some workout after 60-80 mins a good lunch rich in protein & good carb.

Waiting your results and i hope this GH work well for you (i hope the seller stock in the right place this AQ)

Yea good advice. The lethargy is something I would try to avoid during workout so I'd probably skip dosing before workout. But that's just me. But like you said the guy might get good results at 2IU depending on his goals.

& @Black90tsi it's done i used the heat if of my laptop (4070ti) after 20 mins only little particle and around 30mins 100% liquid without any particle.

What's your plan for dosing?

I got my igf levels checked before this arrived and found it's at the bottom end of the normal range. I'll start with just 1 iu/day for 1-2 weeks. Then bump it up to either 1.5 or 2. Probably go get tested again to see where it's at by 2 iu. If things are going well 3-4 iu/day isn't out of the question.

If you have any suggestions I'd like to hear them.

Finally starting myself. Depending on how low your IGF levels are 2IU could be of benefit especially if you're very low. That's been said by many. But yea 3IU would be better.

The normal range for igf is 52-328 ng/dl. I'm sitting at 74. So I'm on the really low end of normal.

Yep that's the range. Wow 74. What's your age? EDIT: Ok I see you are late 30s early 40s so yea if I remember levels are 68-200 around your age.

Exactly. Yea you are low at bottom. That's why I've always said 2IU isn't necessarily a waste for cases like yours.

2iu is pretty much a replacement dose to get you in the mid-range of normal. I would start there and bump it up 0.5iu every week or two until you reach your desired dose. Shouldn't have much CTS or water retention doing it that way. 3iu is a good dose to cruise on. 4iu is where the magic really seems to happen and will really get the ball rolling and you will notice fat loss much quicker and may get a little more muscle mass long term.

Any preference on when to dose? I was thinking of doing it early evening before I work out. Though closer to bed to try and get the great sleep everyone talks about is really enticing.

Prewo is a good time. Cortisol is usually spiking around that time and a shot of GH will blunt that. It will also help mobilize fatty acids and provide more energy for your workouts and enhanced fat burning. It will also be peaking around your postworkout meal and help provide some nutrient shuttling. So yeah, that is a good time to pin.

Morning fasted is also a good time since cortisol is spiked then also. Stay away from carbs for couple hours and you will enhance fat burning. Since you are low normal you could get away with pinning at night. You will lose out on any natty pulse you would get at night though, if that even happens, That is a free pulse albeit very little given your current levels. I'm still going under the theory that any exogenous GH will completely shut down natty production anyway though. If sleep is a big issue for you then you may want to try at bedtime.

All those are viable times, just see what you like best. Best part of ramping up to 4 iu is then you benefit more from splitting up dose and can really optimize its effects by pinning at a couple of those different times and reaping all of those benefits' multiple times a day.

My sleep is just ok. I wake up at least 2-3 times every night. At what point do you recommend splitting the dosage? it seems some can handle doing 4+ iu's at a time but others start splitting doses around 3-4.
