I've been goin last 15 years to arnold n sat at expo was worse I've ever seen, people acting like animals over free key chain or protein packet! I couldn't even get close to buy anything but vendors weren't discounting anything I couldn't just go buy myself online! I think u should have to be 18 to get into expo n no kids! It shows how much fitness is a fad now days cuz I talked to famous trainer Charles glass in crowd n people were walking right by n didn't know who he was n I passed mountain dog john meadows at arnold prejudging yest n nobody recognize him either wtf? Rich piana big dude but did yall see all the goons he had with him? Like a 3 ring circus just for marketing to make money off his products it's a joke imo just my .02
There was almost no deals to be had. We bought three of them shaker cups that hold the protein and supps separate until you are ready. And I bought my wife a zip up hoody for 20 bucks. That was it.
Hell yeah. I was there on friday. It wasnt to bad. Had a great time. Piana is a huge mofo

I thought Friday was packed in there but Today was just insane. If there would have been any sort of emergency it would have been a disaster. I talked to a dude that has gone every year for the last 18 years and he has never saw it like this.We had a few pretty cool moments but I am just not into crowds of that magnitude and I don't use most of the bullshit they were hawking anyway.
Hell yea i know man i freaked out when dam sheriff department bomb squad with dogs came walking by me in that big ass crowd Saturday they couldn't even get through that shit it was awful.
WOW!!! Crowds of that magnitude still doesn't justify it. It was too much....literally couldn't move. Got a close up of arnold and triple h at the wwe experience, whatched the mens bodybuilding and bounced..Its not as bad today.
My hometown boy compton stood tall with the big boys on his first big stage like I thought he would! Branch was robbed tho n so was roelly imo!
I saw it as Compton 2nd....Branch was conditioned, but his atheistics are par none and his proportions/symetry is way off. No lower back, torn tris and a torn quad is starting to show throughout these last few yrs. He is a beast though, with a huge fan base. Ahh, thats why I'm not a judge.

Worst i have ever seen the crowd today! Couldnt move nor did the lines. Took the fun out of it.
This morning before they started letting people into the main part they had a little relatively old lady and a little old dude trying to be like crowd control pointing everyone to the end of the line way up over the escalators,lol. A bunch of just laughed and stood back a little further is all. I am sure once they opened the doors them two got ran right over. And then after Arnold got there it was like a whole new level of jammed up wherever he was moving. It took us more than 45 minutes to cross the place the short way to get out to the concourse around 11am.
I don't see why everything thinks he used synthol or pmma. Maybe a little bit but his arms are vascular in a lot of photos and the striations on his triceps when he's pumped are pretty beast. Plus his symmetry all around is on point. He doesn't have 9" wrist and and 18" forearms from pmma or synthol. It's from 10 years straight GH and 25 AAS. Just my opinion. Dudes bad ass to me because he is straight forward and honest. Great motivator for me regardless.

I seen him today too. He is a big dude. I ran into Dennis Wolf out in the lobby area there, he was really cool. That pretty much made my day.
