Left side: 205 lbs /Right side: 190 lbs
I can definately feel that I am lighter and tighter. But I'm really happy how I probably grew an inch or so on my arms. Hulk gear is insane. Took two months.

Yeah them traps grew but not much of a big difference everywhere else just water retention, you would look sick on a clean diet and cut up thumbs up tho
