I won't be posting many pictures due to my own reasons but I wanted to share at least one shot of my arms. 4 more weeks of bulk then its back to cutting like a mo fo. I am actually happy with my overall progress over the last year.Would like to thank a ton of people round here for all the fun chats, advice, and tons of information. You made this Eroids newb feel like a true member right away.

Nice bi's but hit heavy tri's bro, they lag. I mean this with the up most respect. The tricep is larger than the bi.
Large tri's = big fuckin arms

thanks I changed up some routines this year my triceps were playing catch up. My triceps gaining like crazy now. arms grew over an inch in the last 5 months I think most of that was triceps
