Hunting season once again got the best of me. I stayed hitting the gym but the weekends at the camp got to me, good cooking and beer drinking of course. Planning my next cycle. comments concerns criticism welcome, ideas on what to do to build traps cuz ive tried all i know. I know i have some dieting and cardio to do. I have test e / eq thinking imma hit that for my 4th cycle front loading with test prop. Just here to show off my not so appealing physique lol. The thinner cropped pic of course is pre hunting season a week after my pct from my 3rd cycle of test e 500mg only 10 weeks. I was 6'0 200-205 ish idk bf prolly 15%? never checked it. So cmon and get on my ass i need some motivation

Something thats helped me with traps, blast those fckers EOD, heavy, low reps, then light high reps.... do that for 2 weeks, then lay off for a full 5-7 days .... then blast em again
thunderbeastThats what i did i got handles now!
Will definately try that thanks man
AnonI can tell u now bro if youre running eq for the first time youre gonna have a hell of a hard time dieting (if by diet u mean get cut and lose bf)
It doesnt matter how much i eat my stomach feels like its not been fed im days! Serious man! Im thinkim about dropping the eq cause im staaarving lol! I suggest u have a search for vikings 'how to cut' thread.. He mentions a carbs deficit diet that he and the other pros use to cut up pre comp and to be honest i think its the most logical plan one could learn!
Say ur an early starter.. Ur up at 7am im bed before midnight etc.. Well they suggest u only eat carbs between 7am and midday and NOTHING but low fat quality foods til 7am the next day.. No carbs no sugar or shitty fats! Nothin but protein vegies fruit etc! This way ur bodys burning fat for fuel rather than what ur feeding it! Obviously you'll need to consider quitting beer if u plan to lose excess
Bf too or do some motherfkn huuuge cardio drills as often as possible.. But that will effect muscle gains and thats not what we want eh?! Check his thread out and give it some real thought mate ;)
I know it's no excuse but the shift work messes up my eating too if we get busy isnt no time for eating jus gotta get to it when I get to it
Ill check it out man thanks. Yea I don't drink everyday just occasionally on weekends when I'm off I'm not off every weekend but I know it's def not good. Yea I've been hearing about the appetite on eq my previous cycles have always been test e only 500mg/w I just wanted to try another compound. My goals aren't being cut I don't live that kind of lifestyle not now anyways. I look forward to gaining strength and size not with this excess fat of course about where I was before more size I'm upping my cardio def.
AnonYeh noone really wants to lose weight but bf will be hard to lose if ur drinking the average beers a week? What 12 beers a weekend? Thats an extra sandwich or 2 per day of carbs man. Each beer is a sammich lol ;p my mate at work woul weigh 100kilos hea built like a fkn brick shit house! Doesnt exercise apart from using kettlebells a few times a week.. He doesnt ear breakfast doesnt bring lunch to work and drinks a 6 pack or so every night! He is fkn swole as man! And strong as they come! Where as j eat 4-5 meals a day and work my arse off :/ beers an insanely helpful bulker it just puts it all on the arse and waist unless u have genes like this mofo! Which most ppl dont eh
Lol yea I hear ya I have a few friends don't do any gym work stay decent looking drinking as much as possible. I def have the body that retains fat as u can tell. Imma get my diet in check just gonna transition slowly not gonna rush this cycle
AnonDamn i wish! Im working hard to gain weight man fkn workin overtime to be honest
Lol man I hear ya I'm living the plant life working shift work I love it but the transition from days and nights are rough on my sleep
AnonYeh i know that feeling mate i do midnight shifts every weekend and day shift through the week! It kills the bodyclock
Traps for me is high reps. it is not uncommon for me to grab the db's maybe a moderate heavy weight like 120's and do 25 slow reps each set focusing on squeezing up top with a slight hold then a full stretch and relaxation at the bottom. also be conscience not to bend your elbows. and dont roll! apply this form and high reps to any shrug excercise and they should grow. bar shrugs, db shrugs (seated or standing), rear shrugs. Deadlift will help and I work neck too. The only thing i dont like for me is uprights (weight i use is too heavy on my wrists)
And u just do those anytime in between other workouts or specific days for traps
I work Traps with Back and Neck one day a week brother
Good deal thanks bro
You got some size right there bro. I would say cut carbs after 2pm eat lots of tuna, tilapia fish, with some mayonaise and green tea... Im currently doing this and results are notorious, once i get to my goal(under 10% bf) i will post pics to show my results. Viking posted this diet a while back and it woks wonders you might wanna give it a shot...
Ill give that a shot gonna have more tuna than I know what to do with come march
Im still fresh to posting so i apologize if i did something wrong
