Lmfao! That would be tight! Ya I'm usually around 190-200lbs but for this ebc I dropped to 167lbs lol but I look twice as big as I used to. I'm going to try n get on stage by 2014 so I'm going to try n get to 200-205lbs at 4-5% bf. I should look like a monster if I can do that lol. But your looking super stacked right now. No doubt in my mind you will be a top competitor!

Thanks bro! I still got my bottom abs to work on a lil harder and get size on all of them. But I was at 6.4% for my final pics of this ebc. I dried out alot for the pics. So I'm probably back up to 7% or so already lol. Pigged out this week. Going to bulk all year so I can be big enough to get on stage next year. Gotta hit 200lbs+ at 4-5% to feel comfortable for a good placement.
