Thank you brotha! This is just low salts and slightly increased water. Next week I will drop salts lower raise waters and start thermogenics and light cardio but staying med carbs. So far no cardio. And on maint dose of test with med dose mast.

Yup just gotta drop some more water and build a lil better bottom two and I'm set lol. But ya rs is the boooomb! Kalpa is great!
