Since you posted advices in your title I would like to add that

Although protection on and post cycle is important. My advice is to ALWAYS but pharma grade estrogen protection. Right off the top I see that your Aromasin is in capsule. Capsules is always code for super shady and not to be trusted. Also you cannot break up product for proper dosing protocol.

Just some thoughts for the future.
