In my optinion I think the minimum affective dose to actually see and feel results is gonna be 4ius. Even at that dose it might take a while to see any changes. Your body naturally produces about 2ius a day of its own gh.
I started at 6ius. Bumped it up 8ius. Now I’m running 12ius and plan to stay at this dose for a while. With the price the way it is from key. Why not make the most of it. I think 8 is plenty honestly. Really 6ius you’ll even get a lot from.
