I already have a couple boxes of the Paratropin, so typically I start at 1iu per day then gradually increase to 4iu. Anything over 4 and my wrists get real tight and achy. 3.5 seems to be my sweet spot. The last time I used this product, I felt it was overdosed if anything, so less is more. I'll run the above for a few months.
