Proof is in the pudding, first picture shows a ridiculous high e2 reading....picture two shows that I've pretty much crashed my estrogen.
Thing is, these blood tests were taking from the exact same blood.....only difference is that the one with the ridiculous high e2 reading is the basic e2 test.....whereas the second pic with the low estrogen is done by LCMS mass spec method.
This has already been talked about, but I'm reinforcing it....when on tren, always test estrogen levels using the mass spec method, proven right here to show you lot.

Would anyone suggest a way I could get back estrogen levels back into good range?
I do have dbol or HCG, but don't want to use the incorrect dosage and have my estrogen levels go the other way and be too high.

Really need to be conscious of testing method when running a 19-nor.

Happens all the time. Something in the tren interferes with test causing it to read higher E2 that isn't there. LC/MS and LC/MSMS doesn't read the interference.

It actually reads the tren as estrogen. The structure of tren is built off an estrogenic backbone. So this is a way to test the strength of your tren. Take the false high reading and subtract the accurate estrogen reading to get your total circulating level of tren in your blood.
Or at least you should be able to do that. Theoretically.

So going off what you said above, going off my false high estrogen reading....then my LCMS actual reading, how much tren e would you estimate I'm on?
You give me an estimate and I'll tell you how much I'm on supposedly going of what my vial says.
So we’re looking at about 1,400 pmol/liter, id say 2X high normal (I’m using testosterone ratios since this is uncharted territory). So if a high “natural” free test level is 650-700 pmol, my guess would be around 300 mgs of tren? Am I anywhere close?
Close.....400mgs supposedly, 200mg per ml....1ml on Monday and 1ml on Thursday
I think the math needs tweaking and of course individual results will vary but it’s a start.

Were your bones getting creaky with that low E2?
Sure were, shoulder joint and left elbow were feeling it....but I put that down to benching weight I haven't done before (heavy). Should of realised it was low e.
How long will estrogen normally take to come back up? I've totally dropped my aromasin all together hoping my estrogen will come back soon.
Depends on what your running? Ester and doseage of Testosterone. The shorter the ester the quicker.
