I know one thing ,I use a vial snapper to do as cleanly as poss, but these vials are quite brittle, break off quite cleanly but the top part breaks leaving lots of little shards so you have to be careful drawing up as little bit nearly always drop inside ! :-/
I Don't have any problems with any other Alpha vials, just seems to be these for some strange reason ;-(
