-This result is from the trough. Normally I inject Sunday night (and Thursday), but due to an injury and other circumstances, I held off injecting until Monday. I injected after getting the blood pulled.

-I'm very happy with the number. A little math...I know from being on TRT that purely being on HCG keeps my test level at 400-500. I also know that 100mg of testosterone raises my test level by about 600 points. This result of this test was taken ten weeks into my cycle. The first 7 weeks were with 500mg test e, and the last 3 weeks were with 600mg test e, so the uppage in dose will not have peaked for two or three more weeks.

-With the above in mind, and while being on HCG plus 600mg test e, I figured my test level would be between 3500 and 4000, which is right, and this was even taken during the trough so the peak after injection could be 500 to 800 points more, which is great.

-Using the test here: http://www.issam.ch/freetesto.htm I calculated my estimated free and bioavailable exact test numbers by inputting my most recent numbers for SHBG (61) and albumin(4.6) on my latest labs taken before beginning the cycle. The result showed my bioavailable test to be 2,409 ng/dl. That is crazy. It also showed my free test to be 96.3 ng/dl, which in pg/ml is 963!

-Bioavailable testosterone is testosterone that is weakly bound to albumin, but readily available for use by the body. It is more important than free test. And with that being said, Alliance rules and my results have been awesome.
