I’m wondering if it might be a language barrier. I recently may have mis understood Stairmaster. A lot of these guys are useing translators. To be honest I don’t think I could do it in a different language. After giveing it some thought I think the site must be pretty important to them to go through the hassle.

100 g white rice
180 chicken grilled
Veggies
Carbs: about 90 g. From rice cakes or just over cooked rice
Gym session
After gym 100g porridge + isolat
Third meal
At home
100g white rice
180 grilled chicken
Veggies
4-th meal
6 toasts
5 scramble eggs
100 g bacon
5- th meal
700 g baked potatoes
200 g beef steak
20g goose fat
Broccoli
And casein before sleep.

No doubt, it is alot of effort and extra steps, then not to mention things getting lost in translation and not coming across necessarily as intended.
