Sorry for the lame black/white picture but it is pretty much from last Summer/Fall :/ (Tore my pec in March)
I really dislike taking pictures (literally) and this is the only one I could find.
Stupid pose but like I said, all I could find lol. I wish I was smart and taken one right before my cycle but I totally forgot. Anyway, I just wanted to post at least "something"
I am already in my 4th week of my long cycle. Using ShopS-Mart and Zeus.

Well I have a good feel for my body so I don't count them bro but I do keep protein high and quality carbs at a medium-ish percentage (all mind estimations, measurements, etc..). I never go low carb as I don't have a need for it. I am fairly new to gear so I believe I'll need to start counting later on in the game lol
Oh, and I could care less about fats. As long as they come from the lean food I eat, I am all for it! :-)

Either way, my current cycle consists of Test E, EQ and low dose NPP :-)

Believe me or not, I really don't rage! Maybe in my head when my headphones are in full blast lol
The low bf just comes with my diet, haven't touched fast food in years and I don't drink. Maybe the fact that I did D1 football helped a bit. (pretty harsh workouts if you actually try and put in time; most guys don't)

Haha, I would be the worst person to tell you about lighting and pictures. I get lucky sometimes when the cameras in my phones, (I am a smartphone whore), are good but that is about it lol Another reason why I don't take pictures at all......I think I look like shit in all of them...ha
